Does anyone have an opinion on value?

According to DNJ, Stinki.com sold last month for $12k - would this be considered a comp?

Does Shoddie have meaning? Remember DNJ is reporting high-value sales. You should look for a minimum of 4-5 comp's to establish value (with 10-12 preferred). I don't know if these are comp's, but here are some other one "word", 7 letter domains that have sold recently.
