No, not yet. .tl domains have not been open for registrations for a long time, and I didn't have the domain connected to any offers. (Sedo only recently started to accept .tl domains, and I did not really bother to do put up any low-quality partner programme.) Should not be a problem to increase its popularity and give it some pagerank. Actually this is what I am going to do in about a month, if I do not suceed in selling it.
