Hello,

I'm putting up my website PokerLedger.com for auction. There is no deadline to the action, but I'm looking for low-mid $x,xxx range. Start bidding at

anything you want of course though. I've spent thousands of dollars in developing the site.

Please note that all the programming on this site is completely custom made and does not use a single pre-made script anywhere on the site. All the

programming was done especially for the site.

PokerLedger.com is a free online poker recording tool designed to keep track of player's poker earnings. Users can track how fast they are improving,

write comments on each session, and even find out their own stats such as how much they make per hour on average. Posting earnings is easy and intuitive

with our user-friendly control panel.

The site comes with everything, all the PSD files of the graphics, all the images and files, database, domain - absolutely everything.

There is an admin area where the admin can mass-mail members, modify member data, receive private e-mails, etc.

*The site currently uses a section of the forum off another site I own. This will be removed upon sale. You can install/add another forum software onto

the site.

I am not going to say just how lucrative the poker market is, and how valueable this site is, as I assume this is already known, and assume the bidders on

this website understand the lucrative market of poker websites.

EARNINGS:

I currently have a 468x60 banner up now, but I have not made any money from the site yet. Hey, I'm honest I'm sure you know the basics, as how you can

sell text links on it, sell ad space yourself, charge members on a monthly basis, etc.

I've actually had a couple members ask me if they could donate to the site, so there is some community loyalty on this site as well.

Why am I Selling?

I wish more sellers would explain why they are selling a site. I'm selling this, not because I don't value the site, but because to take full value of the

potential of the site, I need to spend more time and money on advertising, and programming work on it. That's all.

If sold, I can assist with transfer of the domain and hosting/files. It will not stay hosted on my server of course...

I've been asked these questions, and will reply here to help anyone else with the same questions:

1. Do you have a list of known bugs / changes required?

Haha, yes In fact, I keep a file called 'whatiwant.txt' on my harddrive, which lists exactly what bugs need to be fixed in some detail, as well as what new features/changes I want. I do this to keep myself working on sites. I currently have a list of 9.

2. Would you be willing to leave the link to the site on your forum.

Hmm... I would for a period of time, perhaps a couple of months until the new owner finished setting up their own forum on the server. The reason for this is basically because I would then be somewhat responsible for running/operating a section of a site which I didn't own...

I have not set a deadline on the auction, but I will introduce a BIN (Buy it Now) number. Also remember that I am looking for the mid $x,xxx range as the final price. If the auction reaches this threshold, I will add a deadline thereafter.
