Dear fellow members,

I am thinking of selling this domain inc the actual site and would like some feedback to it's value.

http://www.pokersharks.org

The site has about 2,000 active members and pulls about US$400 per month in affiliate sales. The domain is ranked numero uno in google and receives about 5-10 new members per day and more on each weekend.

Am in two minds whether to let this one go but to be honest running a community is a massive task.

Anyway I appreciate everyones honest opinion and look forward to your replies.

Are the affiliate sales per signup? If so value is probably in the $3,500-$4,500 price range. Traffic numbers might help with value assessment.
