I misspoke, actually the people that Kyle shot didn't have a right to bear arms. They were all violent felons, prohibited by federal law from owning guns.

A third man, also a felon but not called as a witness, fired his gun several times near Rittenhouse TWICE. He helped Rosenbaum ambush Kyle between two cars but Kyle escaped, running.

If Rosenbaum hadn't chased Kyle he would probably be back in jail.

If he was running around in the middle of the night in mainly white Kenosha, with an AR-15, there would be a chance he would be shot and killed or at least stopped and questioned. I can't picture the police thanking him like they did with Kyle.
