I sold last year 3 .xyz domain one .io
Great. Is the demand for .xyz because its seen as alternative for .com or people who bought .com are buying .xyz in addition?
I have a list of names to buy in .xyz, .io, .shop, .store as their .com names are already registered.
And, I see .top & .online shows higher demand compared to .shop & .store for some reason.
But that trend may change slowly in the coming years, I believe.

The all three .xyz I sold have one thing in common. Those all three domain bought by end users in new trending tech nice.
Two are NFTs related and another one is Dao related.
