anyone received a notification of a domain they had won, when they did not even add the domain to their backorder lists in Pool?

I wouldnt mind but the domain is something somebody could hand reg and no one would blink an eye at!

Manu, I think many members here have had the same situation.

Over at Pool, they call it "The Pool Award". (Just kidding.)

If you act immediately, they can delete it. And, give you credit for
future purchases.

yes it is a bug in their watch list. (or that is the most common occurance of this) see if one of your watch keywords is in the domain.

If they don't give you the money back - ChargeBack your card

Sent an email off to them as soon a I got a confirmation email - i'll wait to see how long they take to respond (if they respond!)
