closed PopsDiner.com (your suggestions appreciated)

I just bought this and actually surprised it was available after doing a google search with 49,000,000 results for "Pop's Diner" and 1,590,000 for "Pops Diner". Estibot value was $430. I'd appreciate any feedback on a sales value or what the best way to sell it might be. I've thought of building a restaurant site and sending an email to all the Pop's Diners across the country (there seems to be a lot). Let me know if you have any suggestions.
