Hi Domainers, can I get a retail & wholesale value on the following domain names:

curvedkitchens.com
huthutgo.com
sensibleshorts.com
washingtongranite.com
readytravellers.com

Any feedback would be very much appreciated as I see the values differ wildly between all the automated valuation tools (I don't think they are accurate anyway).

Hi

automated appraisals = time wasted

as for those domains, from my perspective....
sorry, but none pf them have any value above registration costs

imo….

Hi Biggie, thanks for the reply, any advice on why you think they don't have value? I saw denvergranite(.)com sold for 5K in 2014. Any feedback is greatly appreciated :)

Hi

when you saw that past sale of denvergranite.com

did you also see that it was 4 years ago
did you see that is was Denver
did you see who the seller was and how long they had the name before it sold
also, have you visited that domain to see if or how it is being used?

you can't just snapshot a past sale and transfer value to different domain because it has similar or same keyword.

imo….

washington + granite got me results for granite falls WA. (see gfiga.com for example). It is a small town of 3600 people, so not much of a market there, but I assume you were looking at it for the state, and in that case, you would need a buyer who sells granite in that state. I can't say if you will find one or not, but I did not find one.
