This is just a simple explanation of what some of you might be missing. Portuguese and Spanish languages are close and you might have a portuguese domain that may also be the exact word for spanish as well.
I have seen many domains being sold and brokered being spanish only, when in fact it was also portuguese. I think it adds more value and it has more market, at least for gTlds.
So, the next time that you are trying to sell a spanish or a portuguese domain...think about this.
