Foxo, I think you are overreacting. Inclusion is nice, but this is about marketing - and marketing is defined by exclusion, i.e. defining your markets so that they exclude people who are not interested in your product. I hate societies that tribalize themselves this way, but marketing is another story. Your other examples are simply skin color, not a very useful way to define a market.
Gays are a lucrative market. Mostly no kids, often double income. And they are looking for gay-friendly products, information and services. Whether it's enough to support a TLD is another question, but I'm sure this will be far from the worst TLD we will see.
