PR is that page rank?
and is that how the whole website is ranking on google.com (all the pages)

I believe it is just that page. For example, you may have a PR of 5 on your main page and 2 on internal pages. It is how Google has indexed your site as well, you may have a PR of 5 with http://www.yourdomain.com but http://yourdomain.com may only have a page rank of 2.
