I am sorry to say, but no value at all. "Prahy" means nothing. Nobody calls Praha - Prahy, I live there for 25 years and never heard anyone calling Praha - Prahy.
People use "Prahy" only when they say "to Prague - do Prahy, or sometimes of Prague".
It's a common mistake when you use Google results + a weak online dictionary with regard to i.e. slavic names, as in english you've got no such differences in nouns whether connected with 'to' or 'in' or 'from', etc. - always is the same form of noun. This is a good lesson to use proper dictionary for a language, as in your case www.slovnik.cz
