Actually the term "automatic tools" only gets 25,000 in Google. You have to put it in parenthesis to get an accurate number. Otherwise Google is returning every page that has the words automatic and tools anywhere on the page. I am also completely unfamiliar with the term. Powered tool is also a term no one searches (horrible Google number, barely over 2,000). For your auction I would put a minimum bid of $8-10 on either and hope for a buyer.

If you want to develop it, actually it is very promissing name.
Poweredtool.com could be used for Power Tools, with keywords
emphasized on "Power Tools", not "powered".
Overture 400K with Google 700K give very nice demand/competition ratio.
