If it is a premium name your credit card will be charged the premium despite the registrar listing it for std. reg free.

Appreciate your info, however, not every single word is necessary to considered to be a premium .TV

I've checked some single words with high google results are priced at $50 only also

And the current policy for premium .tv is including some domains which had been used before they dropped, such as newstoday.tv, careernow.tv or even homecommandcenter.tv are all considered as premium .TV.
