If you were able to provide an index with gift cards - all categorized and easy to search, then it could be a really valuable resource.

I'd have to say high $XX to mid $XXX to a developer.

Aren't all gift cards pre-paid? I mean... would you give someone a gift card and expect them to "fill it up"? This adjective makes sounds a bit redundant. However, Google shows 5,760 occurrences of this phrase, so it's not altogether unused.

I would price it at $75.
