looks like it's good name, but in general, all insurance policies/plans are either pre-paid for initial premium or billed after application completion.
now you have policies on appliances, electronics, automotive parts (transmissions), etc., which may have a one-time lump payment for a specific period or they too can be billed.
however, they are not labeled pre-paid, more like an extended warranty.
it's possible though, you could get some type-in's.

Not sure about a $ valuation, but I would say definitely $xxx - reseller somewhere (maybe more?) though I don't see the monetization methods at first glance.
