I'm wondering if this is common when it comes to Sedo...

I have several domains listed with them, all of which I've assigned to specific categories. None of them ever seem to be findable within those categories, however.

For example, I have one domain that I've listed in the Technology/Services category. It's been bid upon and viewed many, many, many times. But even when I go to that category via the domain catalog links, and sort by bids or traffic, it never shows up.

I've written to Sedo about this, and of course, after waiting for like 4 or 5 days, someone finally replies with "It looks like it's been listed in that category", but I'm still having the same problems finding it.

Does this always happen with them? Do they always wait days before replying to email? On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being the worst, how effective is Sedo as a domain selling tool?
