My thoughts are that this domain could apply to Legal Professions - Law Firm etc. I might be missing some other application for this name.

I don't have target price yet. Being a single word dot com, I am hoping for the best.

Any other thoughts on how this domain could be used and also your appraisal will help.

in this case the plural would be better in my opinion -
personally i wold consider buying Proceedings.com rather than Proceeding.com though I personally would not pay much for either
