Reg. Fee - There are far better keywords available in .ca cctld. You can even find so many LLL.ca domains.

You must meet one of these requirements to own a .ca domain:
a Canadian citizen of the age of majority
a permanent resident of Canada
a legally recognized Canadian organization
an Inuit, First Nation, Métis or other people indigenous to Canada
an Indian Band as defined in the Indian Act of Canada
a foreign resident of Canada that holds a registered Canadian trademark
an executor, administrator or other legal representative of a person or organization that meets the requirements
a division of the government
Elizabeth II in her capacity as head of state of Canada

The left of the dot is good, but that type of domain usually goes with .com or .net.
.ca is somewhat limitative and I think it would be tough to sell. The limited market for .ca and the restrictions are not helping either.

I think it's okay. Canadians as well as other nationalities look for services like DNS management. IMHO, great for a CA DNS service. Also .ca is a trusted extension for those in CA.
