I have a few name that were unfortunately reg'd at PSI-Japan www.psi-domains.com/ which expire soon and I am unable to manage the domains.

PSI seems to have taken it upon themselves to either lock the names or prohibit transfers away. Their very poorly done control panel does not appear to have a menu for checking the lock status or making any changes of that type, or a way to get transfer auth codes on these .org names.

Has anyone here dealt with them on these issues before or suggest what can be done?

P.S. A rather alarming non-relevant message pops-up briefly on occasion when logging in to the psi site, something about PSI no longer represents some organization :-O

I see that it's a big problem with PSI. You need to log into your account at

https://www.psi.jp/

and then, transfer, within their systems, your domains to their new system. Only after that, you will be able to manage your domains.

Thanks, but the problem is the site is not in English and there is no translation link on the page.
