As said earlier , the new UK legislation is regards TV only.. Its perfectly legal to advertise gambling on the net !

I believe the ban of accepting credit card payments for online gambling was approved (but i haven't kept up). But, I heard an interview and i think from the lawmakers perspective, it's not like they were protecting the people that was their motivation, they were protecting their tax base. The places in the US that have legal gambling make a ton of tax money from it and that was all they talked about, that they couldn't let that money go. But, all the news about it, made it more of an advertisement for online gaming than anything.

I agree with others posting here that the best enduser for this name would likely be a gaming company in the UK or possibly Aus. If I was spending money on TV commercials and billboards, I would want a name that is easy to remember and spell!
