closed PureXTC.info 60,000 google searchs?

Any ideas on value and or ideas for this site it has some good links from the last owner out there and purextc get 60,000 searches on google a year just not sure what to do with the site or really a value if i want to sell?

It has no value to me....unless it gets traffic.

Try parking it and see what type of traffic/revenue it is generating.

well its getting some i parked it at 7pm eastern and with sedo and 25 views in 3.5 hours it got 25 hits so not alot but more then i expected.
