OnSpec, I use a guy from Russia who is excelent with logos. He is also looking for more work. If you are interested I can PM you his contact information. His prices are very reasonable and he usually will cut you a nice deal if you use him a lot.

There are people here with many years of experiance also.

I am not one of them, but I just hired one of them for my design site, when it luanches.
