Question about "quicken loans" & "progressive insurance"

I'm not an English-speaking person so I need to know what follows just for my knowledge, thanks: are the combo of keywords "quicken loans" & "progressive insurance" only exclusive trademarks or are they used in the everyday language ?

"quicken" and "progressive" are generic dictionary words but we're having some issues with quickenloans recently so, without entering in details, considering we've also a couple of "progressive" domains, we'd like to clarify this matter once for all.

they are both "brand names" of specific companies.

quicken loans and progressive insurance

quicken would not be considered an "everyday" term but "progressive" is.

i believe the term quicken was derived from "quick".

I have never heard these 2 terms except in advertisements from USA for the specific companies
