Question About Reseller Accounts

So today I found an 8.99 reseller account I have, and was looking to use eNom instead of GoDaddy, my questions are:

Can the parent account:
delete my domains?
take my domains?
change my domain's dns?

8.99 isn't too exciting to me.
Moniker has cheaper price.
