I am pretty sure .in is run by the same company running .info and a few others.

Is there a list somewhere that actually shows the different ccTLD extensions and who they are run through ?

This information would be VERY helpful for me for a project I am working on.

Afilias provides infrastructure services for a number of registries, Neustar too.
It is not always clear if the registry infrastructure is in-house or outsourced, you may have to dig.

A number of ccTLDs are under the Cocca umbrella.

Many ccTLD registries also have good faith agreements with peers.
For example country A may have 7 authoritative name servers, 3 of which might be in other countries for redundancy.
Example: .pt has name servers in Brazil, France, the Netherlands.
Interestingly, name servers are not always hosted in 'friendly' countries.

Maybe you will be interested in sites like www.centr.org for information.
