I currently use adobe for everything and I wanted to know what other software do you think is good for designing logos.

Nothing web based, nothing that is crap, a real software like adobe. I was looking at quark and a few others but we want to get into printing end of design and looking for a good system to design logos.

Logos that are designed like the ones on this site. http://www.logoworks.com/Logo-design-recent-logos.html

All opinions well be greatly appreciated!!!

Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop should do the job.

Oh, and knowledge of typography and design is a must as well.

The GIMP with Inkscape.

Try it, they're free.

Don't forget the GTK.

Greetings!

Use vector-based program like Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw.

We wish you well.

:)
