What if I redirect a domain to auto-optimizaion off link code?
In this case what sponsor links would be shown on the loading page of the domain?
Do I have to let DS support know what I want to put specific links?
I like to hear from any one knows.

Right... I heard that some account has their own optimization tool in their account so that they can select keywords on each domain.
This would be applied to nice performing account only..
