Seriously, most people here will tell you that you should value your domains uppon their value and not uppon the budget of your costumer or you`ll just lose the sale. I hope they are wrong, though I somehow agree..

Yes I know that but he is been trying to buy admirer.ca off me I told him 650 and he said he will probably buy it. I was just amazed at his name rock.com nothing else

giving rock.com an appraisal of 2 million dollars is extremely inflated, its worth 10 times less than that at the most.

Rock.com must be worth 1 million,even not this moment,I feel the good names will be more and more valuable,it will be possible to back to 1999 or more,people like you(incl me) just want to find undervalue one then sit for next DN spring ,if you didn't belive that,why you r still stay here,ask yourself! you really believe it or not?

mastmnds, it doesnt matter one bit what it sold for back then. the market on domains has plummetted. rock.com is certainly, definetely, not a 2 million dollar domain in todays market.

To answer the question in the middle, if a .com sold for 1.5 million "a couple years ago" = during the market insanity that caused the economic crash we are currently in when people realized how stupid they were being, the .com itself probably isn't worth a million now.

The .cc of the same name is probably only worth $100-$5,000 -- .cc names are horrible names.
