althought i recently had a $1,000 sale of a ratemyXXXX.com, i think the .net and the prural hurts alot.

to be honest,it has no reseller value until developed!
I'm sure there are other 'ratemy' domains available in the .com
the .net deflates any value, as a domain only sale.
