I have no valuation on this domain, but everyone likes drama.

I would personally keep and develop it into a semi-authority site that is a blog posting drama anywhere from Jersey Shore to fights between celebrities. Use Google Trends to create posts and submit them to news feeds to get them in on time to get the best user base.
