I would say this is a value of xx.xxx as the market is now. Unfortunately, people kinda left the habit and road of purchasing such domains for their businesses, to either point to them or have a site like that. The name brings sense and used correctly there should be no problem for people to choose that site to go to for their realestate needs.
But as the trend is, people seem to think that building up their trademark and business name to be as known as coca cola in faith that it is gonna be a household name, well, will that ever work out again?
