$25k to the right end user, but you have to wait until this real estate slump is over, and that can easily be another 12-24 months.

12-24 months? Just be getting to the middle of this 'slump' by then IMHO.

I'd say $50k+ due to the purity of the keywords - it may be 3 words, but there's not an ounce of fat on it - and that's backed up by the 1500 type-ins. And in a slump every lead is more valuable.
