"Real estate" is never used in the plural. However, one could say the estates of the 3 millionaires are being disputed amongst their heirs. Plural form does not make sense for your purposes.

I suggest you spend some time and money on reasearching whatm and where the next hot housing markets could be, or spend some money on a good domain and hold it for a while, the chance that you find a real estate domain that is great and not regged is close to zero because its a very crowded field.

Domainah,

There are a lot of great local domain names as you point out. Many of them do not have the term "real estate" even in them.

Ex. CondosNearUM.com or HomesInArcher.com

These are worth $$ to Real Estate Agents with no web presence yet. Once they find out the name they want is gone and every one the think of is taken, they become an excellent market for the ones above. One sale makes the ones above seem like a bargain at $1500 - $2500.
