The average person does not now what it means but things like real time domain regerstration or real time stock prices yes. RealTimeSearch.com gets very small searches but from what you are saying it might be big in the future and get big sarches and be worth a lot more cash. But right now i do not think its a good domain and has small value as you know the searches are vey low but good luck.
