Registered w/RegFly, but NS claims to own them!

I just registered a couple of names this evening with RegFly, playsolo and playingsolos.com ( I give piano lessons) and am surprised to find NS squatting on them. I thought I had purged NS completely out of my life, but no, they found a rear entrance.

According to Register, NS is squatting on them, but according to RegisterFly, who sent me all of the post-purchase material, the musical names are mine. Who will carry the day?

i'm not sure what your question is. the names are at registerfly...
like the support person says.

other whois show the names as unregged since the whois has not been updated yet...

As I read it, using Register.com's search, the name is available from NetSol/Verisign and no one else.

I would paste it here, but that option is defeated.

RegisterFly support is right.

The main Internic whois database is updated twice a day. So for new registrations, it can take up to 12-24 hours for your whois info to appear at other registrars.

RegisterFly is an Enom reseller, and your registration is already there.

As an aside, little bit of humor here. If you do a search for playingsolos at Register you will find a list of other possible names. The suggestions become R-rated with a few jerkingoffsolos and end with "playing-spanking-the-monkey." The same list pops up at RegFly too.

I've seen some weird fuzzy logic, but this is as extreme as they get.

edit- I just tried that link and it is not directly accessible, verbatim, "This page is not directly accessible." You have to do it the old fashioned way via register.com and then on to the search. It's hard to believe that I'm getting such contrary results.

I just checked the names via Register and they have changed their tune. What's really going on here? I have never come across a couple of registrars claiming to "own" or have unique access to the same names.

Why would Register recommend NetSol?
