I would need a registrar who accepts paypal. The registration fee for 1 year should be about 9$. Can anyone recommend one?

www.nicgrab.com - I actually registered dnforum.com with them :laugh: .
They accept paypal, and resell for opensrs, and they are pretty good I guess, but I'll be transfering away to one of the cheaper ones come renewal time. $15 I think..
Also, why not get the paypal debit card?

I use my PayPal Debit Card EVERYWHERE on the Net. I haven't once had a problem and there's no interest charges. It cost nothing to sign up for and PayPal PAYS ME to use it

I wish I could use PayPal Debit Card too. However, PayPal requires people to "Have a U.S. PayPal account" and not all of us (includes supporter) live in http://www.TheAmerica.com/
