pretty good name ... bridal/baby/name regestries could all be listed and a site where you can sign-up to get registered.

The word “registries” is a rather versatile word, as Jedi pointed out. There are numerous registries, including baby, bridal, wedding, adoption, dog, cat, etc. Thus, the domain has potential and could be used in many ways.

Google shows 1,070,000 results and Overture shows 3319 for “registries.” The term is not as popular, however, as “registry,” which shows 11,700,000 results for Google and 20,543 for Overture.

Also, the fact that is a dot org will hold the value down a bit.

But because of the relative popularity and versatility of the word, it could be priced at $150 to $250.

I could get that if I wholesaled OH I do...As he stated the name is hugh and the area most common is also the bigest in the domain name Industry Weddings. I value this domain name at 2500 wholesale and 7000 retail. I will buy it now for one hundred dollars...

We're looking for "cheap" domains to use for a big future project where we'll need hundreds of "generic domains" with a good meaning to develop with diff. contents, a multi topic network, in few words ...

At this point, registries.org might be a directory of world registries shared by category, this's the best (and easiest to realise) use I might have for it at the moment.
