Registry Rocket transfers...

I recently bought a domain name on Ebay that is registered through registry rocket and I want to transfer it to my regular enom account. I have attempted to transfer the name, but it's locked through the registrar, and the registrar isn't responding to my inquiries.

Does anyone know how I can unlock the domain so I can initiate the transfer again? I can't find any references in the control panel...

You have to contact the reseller. If no response, email enom, and tell them you didn't get a response.

Thanks GD. Fortunately, I was able to use a control panel at another registry rocket reseller, and the "lock" feature was found in that CP...

If anyone else experiences this issue, stay away from access.enom.com. Try to find another RR reseller, like dnbuy.com.
