I've owned many thousands of domains, registered with about a dozen different registrars ... but today was the first time a registrar [NetSol] tried to charge me a "reinstatement fee" (in addition to the renewal fee) for a domain that had expired just three days ago.

This "reinstatement fee" was $25.99. I got it lowered but not eliminated.

That domain (my last one at NetSol) will be transferred out ASAP.

Don't know why I'm posting this, as I imagine very few serious domainers keep domains at NetSol ... but anyway, I just wanted to mention it.
