Can you give an idea of how well AdSense does for you (by PM if you like)? They changed their TOS recently to allow people to disclose their earnings, just not the CTR (section 7 of the TOS: "You may accurately disclose the amount of Google’s gross payments to You pursuant to the Program.").

Sorry, I have been out of town for several days and got back late last night. The site hasn't been sold. I have one very serious buyer, but I am waiting to hear from him. Until then the site is for sale, and the highest offer received to date is $6,000 (and it was from a DNF member).
