I'm just about to start developing a group of yacht/marina related domains so have been doing some investigation on this subject.....PPC pays reasonably well if you get the keywords right and it is an ever expanding industry. Plenty of companies out there happy to advertise on good quality sites and with wireless products being developed more rigorously for Marinas the Yacht owners/users are now spending more time online.

Depending what your looking for you could probably churn this domain to a reseller for mid $xxx+ although you could push well into 4 figures or more to an end user if you play your cards right and market it well.
