Hi there,

I'm looking to develop lots of my acquired domains into simple 6-page websites. I don't want to pay much at all for hosting - ideally I would have them all under one account. Is this what a reseller account is? I checked out WWD and they do something of the sort, however I got the impression that your site would have to be based on a boring WWD template. Like a Pagebuilder type thing.

Is this true, or do you have freedom to totally edit your site in html with WWD? Can you recommend the best way that I can run these mini-projects?

Thanks in advance,

Luke.

I don't know anything about WWD hosting, but I can recommend a good, solid and dirt cheap reseller hosting company if you are interested.

you dont really need a reseller for what you are trying to do, you just need to have the ability to addon domains to your account, and that should do it, look for a host with cPanel, there are many good and cheap ones out there.

I didn't think that normal hosting accounts let you use multiple domains... I'll have to check that out.

You can get non reseller hosting with WHM which is what you need, just look around for hosts that say you can host X domains with us. If you need any help looking for a host PM me exactly what you need.

The way Cpanel does it, it just redirects the domain to a directory on an other domain, yes it works, but sometimes it screws up. The best way to do it is through WHM, it always works.

it has always worked for me thru cpanel, and whats wrong with splitting it into different directories? that just makes it more organized.

Maybe the errors I was having were an isolated incident.

Did they happen to have anything to do with DNS (nameservers to be more specific?)
