Hi Everyone...

I would like to thank everyone who replied to my post about SEDO NOT PAYING.

I was finally paid by SEDO....

If SEDO had kept me informed and would reply to my Emails in a timely matter, I would have never posted my comments.

Some members were very offended by my post....

In my opinion, this forum is designed to educate and inform.

I beileve that it was my comments on this forum that finally allowed me to get paid.

SEDO never replied to this forum .... and with reason.

It would not be fair of me to post my "findings" of SEDO openly...

The only comment I will make is use caution!

Feel free to PM me for any additional comments or questions on this subject.

Thanks
Lorenzo Tartamella

Instead of spending your energy on a hate campaign you might better use it to contact Sedo and solve the problem with them. Most likely you have a mistake in your banking details listed with them.

I have sold a dozen domains through Sedo and NEVER had any payment problems.

Thanks for your kind advice hanogl....
I already did all of the above....
There is no mistake on our banking details....

ONE MORE THING.... THIS IS NOT A HATE CAMPAIGN...

Is this not the reason why we have this forum....

WHERE DO YOU SEE HATE ..

I have some transactions buy/sell domains via sedo's service, no problem at all. If you gave a wrong banking details, I believe the money would be bounced back to sedo later. I think you should not worry about the credit of sedo.

sold quite a few and never had a problem. Very timely payment.
Maybe a glitch somewhere. Try contacting them and tell them what your bank says.
I would not worry about their credibility.
You'll get your money.

Very often, BANKS suck. Don't think just because they are banks and would therefore be more trustworthy than e.g. Sedo. Good luck.

I always use paypal when dealing with sedo. Screw that bank to bank stuff. I hate giving out my personal bank details to ANYONE!

Oh yeah! To be frank, I never "trust" PayPal. It becomes a bit better with their being acquired by eBay, which regardless of all those lousy things, is nevertheless a "mainstream" corporation (unlike what PayPal used to be -- a personal empire).

Believe it or not, out of a thousand transactions, I have never had one bad experience with paypal. I must be lucky :)

I second that Netprowler, I have never had problems either, on a smaller scale though, probably about 200 transactions.

For all my transactions (no clue on how many) I have had about 3 charge backs (fine, and even no CB fee!) but I did have this one, where I sold a domain and Paypal found it "suspicious" so they took the $ out of my account, told me they would look into it and resolve in a few days. That was 3 months ago.

I am sure you will be OK with SEDO - I would suggest you contact them and they will track the payment for you. We work with SEDO all the time on Brokered deals and have never had a problem. Bank transfers can take 3-5 days to complete and may not be Sedo's problem as much as the recieving banks posting error. Best of luck - Steve
