Don't develop this one. If you plan to put a lot of effort into a site put some effort into finding a better domain first. I'm not saying it can't work - just that you might find a better one.

Resubmitted.Com - search engine advise, methods to increase traffic, links etc. Submitting is a big subject and covers more than search engines to.
