Heya,
The website, AIMChamp.com, is up for sale after a redesign and recode. I recently bought the website with plans to promote it but it's just not going to work for me - it conflicts with another website that I have and I don't have the time for it nor more importantly the resources. It has drawn in almost 6000 uniques last month alone although about 2.5k of those were from a traffic program. This month, it only has around 300 so far but this is without any promotion including the user's emails that have already signed up.
The site has no PR as of right now. The hits have trailed off because of the reason that I mentioned. Keep in mind that the website has a game so once things get to kicking again a lot of your hits will come from the clicks. Would be perfect for adwords or banners on the page. A few bots have crawled the site and I expect the googlebot to be busy with it soon enough.
It doesn't make any income but it's certainly possible given the subject. It takes very little upkeep - just add the icons and messages via a cp and to clean out the MySQL db when you restart the game.

All images and such on the website are fine to use and the backend is custom - no template crap. The site is already established and could become quite profitable if you added ads. The logo is a custom job and the site has been submitted and fairly well optimized.
I'm looking at offers of $90 and up range. I'm not, however, looking at anything lower so please don't make an offer. Legitimate questions are welcomed and encouraged. Please contact me if you're interested - I'm really interested in selling. Payment via Paypal.
