I am considering auctioning my site www.freebiespace.com It currently generates $350 per month in revenue and has a newsletter subscriber list of 800. The site has a Google page rank of 7. This site is fairly young only being 6 months old so there is some potential to grow.

Any idea on value?

Thanks,
Eric

Almost every single link on the site is an affiliate link of webclients.net or affiliatefuel.com

I would think around $3.5k-$5k (possibly more as the pagerank is good) but im new to this appraisal stuff so dont take it too seriously.

One thing though. There are only 47 links to your site in google so if a few select sites drop your link your PR could shoot down.

There is quite a few more links into the site now but since google has not fully updated since they are changing their algo and adding some data centers their index is not reflecting all links in.

But you are correct, just like anything else, if the links are not kept up the pr will drop.

Thanks,
Eric
