Rewards system ?

Does anyone know of a script that will let me have my own rewards program ?

like mypoints.com where users register and earn points for doing certain things and can later redeem those points for great gifts ..

anything like that ?

The CMS PHP-Nuke ( www.php-nuke.org ;-) has something like this... for example members can get points for each page view, download, when they click a banner, post in the forum, answer a survey etc. Then when a user has a certain amount of points they are autotmatically added to a group which can access what you specify... if you would like to see a live example of this you can PM me; I'm implementing it now on one site and am quite impressed with it.

I couldn't get you admin access to the site so made you the next best thing; screen shots with explanations for you to see.

1. here you create groups and assign how many points a user needs to enter it:

2. this is where you define actions and the points users recieve for performing them:

3. finally you configure the permissions, so users not in "the group" cannot access the action/prize/whatever:

for a live example you need to install the script which can be downloaded from www.nukescripts.net , among other places

yes of course; modules can be developed to do anything you like, the system is very customizable, just have to know PHP/MySQL ;-)
