closed rodeo-drive.com appraisal?

What are your thoughts on this for a sale to an end user?

FYI, rodeodrive.com (owned by buydomains) was asking $200,000 as of a couple weeks ago.
They bought it themselves off of namewinner for $6000 a year or 2 ago.

The hyphen obviously hurts this one, but "rodeo drive" is arguably the most well known shopping district anywhere. So what should I be asking for this domain??

actually , I guess it was only around 8 months ago that BD got rodeodrive.com.
